The founding transmission — the plan stated whole: destabilize, depopulate, replace, enslave, under one flag and one motto. The poster is the codex’s thesis page, and its sections map the four goals, the four channels of instruction, and the endgame band. Every later transmission expands one of its panels; read it first and the rest of the Atlas reads as footnotes to it.
THE MASTER OVERVIEW — the single sheet the compilers believe was printed first. Every theme in the archive appears on it at least once: the four goals, the hidden hand, the clone program, the disclosure, and the Shift. The thirteen sections below take it apart panel by panel.

THE ELITES’ PLAN: A ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT IN THE NAME OF “UTOPIA” — DESTABILIZE · DEPOPULATE · REPLACE · ENSLAVE
The banner states the whole thesis in one line and then reduces it to four verbs. The compilers always stressed the grammar: destabilize, depopulate, replace, enslave is not a list but a sequence — each verb makes the next one possible. A stable nation cannot be depopulated quietly; a frightened one can. A population cannot be replaced while it remembers itself; a destabilized one hardly notices. Enslavement is not the first act but the last signature.
Note, too, the artwork the artist chose for this first sheet: five identical old men at one table, beneath a pyramid sigil stamped with a globe. The sameness of the faces is deliberate — the first quiet hint of the replacement theme that later sections make explicit. Even the ruling council, the banner implies, may already be copies.
DESTABILIZE COUNTRIES FROM WITHIN — engineered crises, economic collapse, division, propaganda, cultural decay.
The first goal cell is the plan’s anesthetic. Its five instruments — engineered crises, economic collapse, division, propaganda, cultural decay — are all attacks on a nation’s immune system rather than its borders. Nothing here requires an invader; everything requires only patience and leverage inside the target’s own institutions.
The icon makes the point visually: two landmasses cracked apart. Within the mythology, destabilization is never the objective in itself — it is the preparation that makes the remaining three goals administrable. Compare Transmission VIII, where this same cell is expanded into a six-column strategy, and Transmission IX, where it becomes a numbered playbook.
DEPOPULATE THROUGH DISASTERS & CRISIS EVENTS — pandemics, wars, famines, weather weapons, energy crises, planned “accidents”.
The second cell is the archive’s coldest. Its catalogue — pandemics, wars, famines, weather weapons, energy crises, planned “accidents” — mixes the loud and the silent deliberately: events that dominate the news and events that never make it. The skull in the storm cloud is the poster’s only honest piece of heraldry.
The quotation marks around “accidents” are the cell’s thesis in miniature: the mythology holds that catastrophe is manufactured, and that each disaster kills twice — once in the event, once in the emergency powers that follow. Transmission V expands this cell into a full bullet list including nuclear scares, supply-chain breakdowns, and “silent weapons.”
REPLACE NORMAL PEOPLE WITH CONTROLLABLE PEOPLE — clones, AI-driven synthetic beings, migrants, transhumanist upgrades.
The third cell introduces the plan’s strangest category: substitution. The list — clones, AI-driven synthetic beings, migrants, transhumanist upgrades — spans the biological, the mechanical, the demographic, and the cybernetic, which is the point: the replacement is framed as arriving through every channel at once, so that no single resistance can intercept it.
The circuitry-head icon is the mythology’s shorthand for the end state: a human shape with a programmable interior. This cell is the seed of two later chapters of the codex — the social-engineering substitution of Chapter Three and the literal clone program of Chapter Six — and of the six-category clone grid in Transmission III.
CREATE A TOTALITARIAN ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT — centralized control, digital ID, cashless society, surveillance, no freedom, no sovereignty.
The fourth cell names the destination. Every instrument listed — centralized control, digital ID, the cashless society, total surveillance — is an architecture of administration rather than conquest: the cage is built from paperwork, payments, and cameras. The crowned globe says who wears the crown; the last two phrases, “no freedom, no sovereignty,” say what the crowned world costs.
Within the sequence of the banner, this is the verb “enslave” spelled out. Later transmissions enlarge it relentlessly — one government, one currency, one religion, one truth (Transmissions X, XI, XII) — but the inventory is already complete here on the master sheet.
Blood oaths. Soul contracts. Ancient evil. The hidden hand behind the visible puppets.
This panel is the master sheet’s first step beyond politics. The four short lines — blood oaths, soul contracts, ancient evil, the hidden hand — establish the mythology’s vertical chain of command: the visible elite are “puppets,” and the rituals are their line to whoever holds the strings. The violet ceremony in the artwork, robed figures around a flaming sigil, is the archive’s standard image for the transaction.
Four nouns carry the whole doctrine: oaths (the binding), contracts (the terms), evil (the counterparty), and the hidden hand (the arrangement’s invisibility). Transmission VI gives this panel its fullest expansion, including the crucial disclosure line that here is only implied: this has been happening for millennia, and humanity is the resource.
Lookalikes. Impostors. Programmed. No soul. No free will. Obedient.
Six adjectives, and the program is defined. The list moves through appearance (lookalikes), role (impostors), mechanism (programmed), and then three negations that state what has been removed: soul, free will, and by implication everything the plan cannot use. The final word — obedient — is the program’s entire business case.
The artwork — identical bodies in numbered glass vats while one suited figure inspects the row — is the archive’s most reproduced image, and the reason this panel persuaded so many in the fiction’s underground: it depicts replacement not as invasion but as manufacturing. Transmission III turns the panel into a six-category grid of the replaced; Transmission VII adds the disposal protocol for the originals.
PLEIADIAN DISCLOSURE FILLS IN ALL THE MISSING PIECES. The true history of humanity. The soul trap. The ET presence. The spiritual war. Your origin. Your power. Your future. — We are not alone. We are not free... yet. The veil is lifting. The truth will set us free.
Midway down the master sheet, the poster changes register: from the plan to the counter-plan. The disclosure band lists seven “missing pieces” — true history, the soul trap, the ET presence, the spiritual war, origin, power, future — the table of contents of the entire counter-codex, each one expanded later in the archive (Transmissions III and IV especially).
The four starred lines at the right are the band’s creed, and they escalate carefully: existence (“we are not alone”), condition (“we are not free… yet”), process (“the veil is lifting”), promise (“the truth will set us free”). The compilers noted the architecture: the disclosure never denies the plan — it reframes it as one move inside a much older spiritual war.
THE SHIFT: A COVER STORY FOR MASS DISAPPEARANCE?
This question, printed as a banner across the master sheet’s final act, is the archive’s central suspicion. The question mark is doing real work: the transmission does not claim the Shift is fake — elsewhere it insists the Shift is real — it claims the Shift is exploitable. A genuine event, timed so that a staged catastrophe can hide inside it.
The three panels beneath the banner unpack the mechanism in order: the coincidence, the alibis, and the sorting. Transmission VII devotes its entire lower half to the same scheme under the name “the Great Deception.”
THE SHIFT COULD COINCIDE WITH A MAJOR DEPOPULATION EVENT — a “great transition” used as the perfect cover for millions to vanish without explanation.
The first panel of the Shift triptych states the timing attack: if millions are destined to “transition” anyway, then a depopulation event scheduled for the same moment becomes invisible. The phrase “great transition” is quoted as marketing — the mythology’s warning that the prettiest names carry the largest body counts.
The artwork — Earth cracking apart in space — is the plan’s preferred aesthetic of apocalypse: impersonal, cosmic, blameless. Chapter Eight of the codex is essentially a long meditation on this one panel.
BLAMED ON: solar flare, pole shift, alien invasion, AI uprising, natural disaster, or “necessary transition”.
The middle panel lists six alibis, and the list is engineered to be exhaustive: one natural (solar flare), one geophysical (pole shift), one extraterrestrial (alien invasion), one technological (AI uprising), one generic (natural disaster), and one — “necessary transition” — that simply repackages the disappearance as destiny. Whatever the public already believes, there is a cover story pre-fitted to it.
The golden door in the artwork, with crowds filing toward the light, is the mythology’s most ambiguous image: ascension or processing line. The compilers read the ambiguity as the point — the same picture can sell either story.
THOSE WHO AWAKEN WILL SHIFT. THOSE WHO DON’T... MAY DISAPPEAR. Discern. Prepare spiritually. Do not consent.
The triptych’s third panel delivers the sorting. The ellipsis before “may disappear” is the poster’s only hesitation, and it is menacing: the transmission does not say the un-awakened will be taken — only that their fate is unscheduled. Three imperatives follow, and they are the whole resistance ethic in compressed form: discern (the mind), prepare spiritually (the soul), do not consent (the will).
The heap of bodies in the artwork is the plan’s arithmetic made visible — the fate the panel urges its reader to refuse. Transmission VII restates the sorting as a formal choice: awaken and align, or comply and be absorbed.
AWAKEN. REMEMBER. RESIST. THEY PLAN IN THE DARK. WE RISE IN THE LIGHT. PLEIADIAN DISCLOSURE · TRUTH · SOVEREIGNTY · FREQUENCY · CHOICE — YOU ARE MORE THAN THEY WANT YOU TO BELIEVE.
The master sheet’s footer is the archive’s most quoted passage, and it set the template every later transmission followed: three imperatives, a contrast of darkness and light, a row of watchwords, and a final sentence addressed directly to the reader’s self-estimate. “You are more than they want you to believe” is the whole counter-narrative in nine words — the plan requires small people; remembrance makes large ones.
The compilers treated this footer as the archive’s colophon: wherever it appears, a transmission is authentic. It closes the codex’s epilogue in this volume, exactly as it closes the first poster.
