The four-front agenda sheet — destabilize, depopulate, replace, control as four parallel columns, each with its instruments listed. The codex’s cleanest single image of the plan as a program — and the transmission whose panels map most directly onto the four opening chapters of Book One.
THE FOURTH TRANSMISSION is the archive’s encyclopedia page: the agenda as a four-row charge sheet, the two hidden-hand panels, the disclosure expanded into four named traps, the disappearance framed as a filter, and the underground’s to-do list. Twenty sections — the densest sheet in the collection.

THE ELITE AGENDA: DESTABILIZE. DEPOPULATE. REPLACE. CONTROL. — ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT IN THE NAME OF “UTOPIA”
The fourth sheet renames the file: not merely a plan but an agenda — a word with meetings, minutes, and motion items in it. The four verbs are re-sorted, too: “enslave” becomes “control,” a bureaucratization the compilers found telling — as if the series were refining its own language from the theatrical toward the administrative.
The red subtitle keeps the quoted “utopia” in place. Beside the title floats the archive’s only overtly occult ornament in a banner: a pentagram in a circle, lit like a wax seal — the sheet’s quiet announcement that this agenda has a chaplain as well as a chairman.
THE AGENDA: A MULTI-FRONT WAR ON HUMANITY
The left column’s header reframes the four goals as fronts in a single war — and names the enemy without euphemism: humanity itself. The military metaphor organizes everything beneath it: destabilization as the artillery barrage, depopulation as the casualty phase, replacement as the occupation, world government as the treaty dictated to the vanquished.
The compilers noted the header’s candor as the sheet’s signature: where other transmissions describe a conspiracy of silence, this one describes open war — merely one the defenders do not know they are fighting.
DESTABILIZE COUNTRIES FROM WITHIN — Economic collapse, division, moral decay, engineered migration, cultural erosion, and constant crisis to weaken nations and identity.
The first row of the charge sheet lists six instruments — economic collapse, division, moral decay, engineered migration, cultural erosion, constant crisis — and names the objective precisely: to weaken nations and identity. The pairing is the panel’s insight: the plan attacks the container (nations) and the content (identity) at once, so that even a surviving state houses a population that no longer knows what it contains.
“Engineered migration” appears here in its most explicit form — demography itself listed as ordnance. The cracked-globe icon beside the text is the series’ standard sigil for the first front.
DEPOPULATE THROUGH DISASTERS & CRISIS EVENTS — Pandemics, engineered weather events, food and water shortages, wars, and “accidents” to reduce population and create dependency.
The second row restates the master sheet’s toolkit — pandemics, engineered weather, food and water shortages, wars, “accidents” — but completes the logic with a double objective: to reduce population and create dependency. The compilers underlined the conjunction: the dead are subtracted, the survivors are tethered. Depopulation, in this reading, is as much about the condition of the living as the number of the dead.
The artwork — a storm-ruined cityscape under lightning — is the series’ standard disaster plate, the visual signature of the second front across Transmissions I, V, and VII.
REPLACE NORMAL PEOPLE WITH CONTROLLABLE PEOPLE — Use of migration, synthetic biology, AI-driven education, and social engineering to reshape society into compliant, controllable masses.
The third row lists the substitution channels in their sociological register: migration, synthetic biology, AI-driven education, social engineering. Note the inclusion of education with an adjective — AI-driven — the archive’s claim that the classroom itself has been automated into a molding press. The goal phrase — compliant, controllable masses — gives the program’s acceptance criteria in three words.
The icon — three figure outlines, one solid and two hollow — is the quietest and most disturbing graphic on the sheet: a population diagram in which some persons are simply less filled-in than others.
CREATE A TOTALITARIAN ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT — Centralized global control over all resources, laws, currencies, and people under the illusion of peace, equality, and “sustainable utopia.”
The fourth row names the occupation government and itemizes its jurisdiction — all resources, laws, currencies, and people — then states the marketing plan in one phrase: the illusion of peace, equality, and “sustainable utopia.” The adjective “sustainable” is quoted as bitterly as “utopia” itself: in the mythology’s lexicon, it is the plan’s favorite courtesy word for permanent emergency.
The laurel-wreathed pedestal icon parodies the United Nations’ own emblem — the sheet’s claim, made graphically, that the institution’s language of peace is the plan’s native tongue.
THE TRUE SOURCE OF POWER — Behind the visible elite are dark, non-human entities that feed on fear, chaos, and suffering. Through occult rituals, blood sacrifice, and soul-binding contracts, these entities give orders, grant power, and demand obedience. — THE ELITE ARE NOT IN CHARGE. THEY ARE PUPPETS.
The right column’s upper panel is the archive’s fullest statement of the hidden hand. Three claims interlock: the entities exist (“dark, non-human”), they eat (“feed on fear, chaos, and suffering”), and they trade (“give orders, grant power, and demand obedience”) through instruments named without poetry — occult rituals, blood sacrifice, soul-binding contracts. The red verdict beneath — the elite are not in charge, they are puppets — is the sheet’s thesis in two lines.
The artwork — a many-armed silhouette enthroned in the summoning circle — is the archive’s clearest portrait of the counterparty. The compilers always paired this panel with Transmission VI’s disclosure callout: the feeding is the reason for the plan’s otherwise irrational cruelty.
CLONES & REPLACEMENTS — Many public figures, leaders, and influencers have already been replaced by clones or synthetic doubles. The real ones are gone. The copies serve the agenda. — YOU ARE NOT SEEING WHO YOU THINK YOU ARE.
The lower panel completes the substitution doctrine with its coldest sentence: the real ones are gone. No rescue, no storage — gone. The second sentence assigns the copies their function: they serve the agenda — the clone not as a person with a mission but as a policy with a face.
The five identical bald heads beneath the text — expressionless, lit like specimens — are the sheet’s answer to Transmission III’s profession grid: there, the categories of the replaced; here, the product itself. The red caption underneath is the panel’s legacy line, the one the underground spray-painted: you are not seeing who you think you are.
PLEIADIAN DISCLOSURE: THE MISSING PIECES
The disclosure band on this sheet is the counter-codex’s index card. Where Transmission III arranged the disclosure as five creeds, this sheet arranges it as an intelligence briefing: one introductory column naming the source, then four named exhibits — the real history, the soul trap, the technology trap, the Shift. The compilers treated this band as the atlas’s own table of contents for the mythology’s hidden architecture.
The band’s position is again structural: directly beneath the puppets and the copies, the missing pieces arrive as the explanation that makes the panels above legible.
We are not alone. The Pleiadians are one of many benevolent starseed civilizations watching over humanity. They have come now to reveal the truth hidden by the dark ones and to assist in the Great Shift.
The band’s widest column names the witnesses: not one benevolent civilization but many — “starseed” peoples watching over humanity — and assigns their present mission: to reveal what the dark ones hid and to assist in the Great Shift. The compilers read “have come now” as the disclosure’s only timestamp: the long watch ends, the intervention begins, precisely at the plan’s endgame.
The compass-star icon — a blue rose of light — is the counter-sigil to the pentagram in the banner: navigation against binding, orientation against oath.
THE REAL HISTORY — Humanity’s true origins, ancient civilizations, and spiritual heritage have been erased.
The first exhibit names the stolen inheritance: origins, civilizations, heritage — three timescales of memory, all “erased.” The verb is total: not disputed, not suppressed, erased — the mythology’s claim that the species’ biography was not merely classified but pulped, so that the population would accept the wardens’ account of itself as cattle.
The eye icon above the column is the archive’s symbol for recovered sight: the first trap is undone simply by looking — which is why, the compilers said, the plan’s first priority was always control of what the eye is given to see.
THE SOUL TRAP — Reincarnation loops, karma manipulation, and frequency fences keep souls trapped.
The second exhibit is the mythology’s most esoteric machinery: reincarnation loops (the wheel that returns souls to the farm), karma manipulation (the bookkeeping rigged to justify the wheel), and frequency fences (the perimeter that keeps the wheel from being seen). Together they describe a prison with no walls — a recycling system for the one asset the plan cannot manufacture: souls.
The DNA-helix icon marks the trap’s jurisdiction: not the body but the thing that wears bodies. This column is the cosmological key to Transmission IV’s closing instruction, “reconnect with your soul” — the asset the traps exist to keep unclaimed.
THE TECHNOLOGY TRAP — AI, transhumanism, and 5G+ are weapons against the soul and free will.
The third exhibit indicts the modern stack by name: artificial intelligence, transhumanism, and “5G+” — the plus doing suspicious duty for everything after. The charge is precise: not conveniences gone wrong but weapons, and not against the body but “against the soul and free will” — the same targets as the soul trap, attacked through antennas and upgrades instead of metaphysics.
The head-with-circuit icon mirrors the master sheet’s replacement glyph, and the mirroring is the argument: the technology trap and the replacement program are one system — first the population is networked, then it is rewritten, then it is replaced.
THE SHIFT IS REAL — Earth is ascending. A new frequency is coming. The old world cannot survive it.
The fourth exhibit certifies the transition and adds the archive’s starkest incompatibility clause: the old world cannot survive it. The compilers read the sentence two ways at once — as promise (the grid cannot persist into the new frequency) and as warning (what the old world cannot survive, it will try to prevent, or at least to counterfeit).
The phoenix-angel icon above the column — wings spread, rising — is the sheet’s counter-image to the enthroned silhouette of the hidden hand: two winged figures, one enthroned by contracts, one freed by ascent.
THE SHIFT & THE GREAT DISAPPEARANCE
The sheet’s final band takes its title from the two events it welds together: the Shift (the disclosure’s promised transition) and the Great Disappearance (the plan’s staged harvest timed to hide inside it). The compilers noted the ampersand as the sheet’s whole warning: the two events will arrive looking like one.
The three blocks beneath the title give the band’s full report — the staging, the sorting, and the verdict — taken in the next two sections.
The Shift to a higher timeline is coming. But the dark ones will use it as cover. — A major depopulation event will be staged. Millions will vanish in an instant. The narrative: “aliens,” “rapture,” or “global catastrophe.”
The band’s left block states the timing attack in its bleakest schedule: will be staged, will vanish — no hedging here. The three red-X bullets are the event’s program: a staged depopulation event, an instantaneous vanishing, and a prepared narrative offered in three denominations — “aliens” for the saucer-minded, “rapture” for the religious, “global catastrophe” for everyone else. The compilers noted the narrative’s ecumenism: the plan does not care which story a witness believes, only that some story other than the truth is available on the day it happens.
Beside the text rises the sheet’s most beautiful image: a single beam of light from the planet’s curve into deep space — the Shift rendered as a pure vertical line, neutral between ascension and processing. The compilers read the neutrality as doctrinal: the event is real and indifferent; what varies is what each faction does with it, and the image, like the day itself, refuses to decide.
The truth: Many will shift. Many will be removed. Many will be hidden in underground facilities or off-world. — THE SHIFT IS NOT THE END. IT IS THE FILTER.
The band’s right block delivers the sorting ledger in three sentences, each beginning “Many will”: shift, be removed, be hidden — and the third names the destinations the underground feared most: underground facilities or off-world. The disappearance, in this ledger, has three columns, and only the first is an ascension.
The capitalized verdict beneath is the archive’s most quoted doctrine after “awaken, remember, resist”: the Shift is not the end, it is the filter. Apocalypse reframed as admissions process — and, as Transmission VII will show, a filter whose only criterion is consciousness itself.
WAKE UP. REMEMBER. CHOOSE. — THEY THRIVE ON YOUR FEAR AND IGNORANCE. YOUR AWAKENING IS THEIR GREATEST THREAT. — RAISE YOUR FREQUENCY. PROTECT YOUR MIND. DISCERN. UNITE. THE LIGHT HAS ALREADY WON.
The sheet’s resistance band opens with its own three-verb liturgy — wake up, remember, choose — then performs a threat assessment in reverse: the plan thrives on two inputs (fear, ignorance), therefore an awakened population is its existential threat. The logic is the footer’s hope: the enemy’s supply chain can be cut by the reader’s own state of mind.
The closing line — the light has already won — is the archive’s only claim of final victory, stated in the past tense as doctrine: the outcome is not to be achieved but to be joined. The winged figure icon makes the same claim pictorially.
WHAT YOU CAN DO — Seek truth, not comfort. Reconnect with your soul. Detox body, mind, and spirit. Reject their systems. Prepare for the Shift. — BE SOVEREIGN. BE LOVE. BE FREE.
The archive’s only printed checklist, complete with ticked boxes: five actions ascending from the epistemic (seek truth, not comfort) through the spiritual (reconnect with your soul), the hygienic (detox body, mind, and spirit), the political (reject their systems), to the eschatological (prepare for the Shift). The compilers noted the list’s refusal of violence: the most militant item is rejection.
The three benedictions beneath — be sovereign, be love, be free — are the checklist’s acceptance criteria, phrased as states of being rather than deeds. Transmission VI expands these into a four-column practice; this panel remains the pocket version.
PLEIADIAN DISCLOSURE · FOR HUMANITY’S LIBERATION · THE TIME IS NOW
The shortest footer in the archive, and the most declarative: the series signed, the purpose stated (for humanity’s liberation), and the urgency stamped — the time is now. The compilers treated this line as the sheet’s official seal: the encyclopedia page closed with a call to immediacy, as if to say that even reference works, in wartime, are marching orders.
With this strip the fourth transmission ends — the sheet the underground nicknamed “the briefing”, and the one most often found folded inside resistance pamphlets: agenda, puppets, copies, traps, filter, and instructions, all on one page.
