The seventh sheet drops all euphemism from its subtitle: a plan for control and depopulation — the two aims the other banners wrap in four verbs, stated here as two bare nouns. The compilers treated this banner as the archive’s plain-language edition: the sheet to read aloud to the unpersuaded.
The artwork — the council silhouetted around a table where a violet hologram of Earth rotates — renders the planet as an agenda item: the world as the thing projected, priced, and passed around the table.
Chain Link One — Destabilize Countries from Within
DESTABILIZE COUNTRIES FROM WITHIN — Through division, economic collapse, corruption, and engineered social unrest.
The first link of the flow chart lists four solvents — division, economic collapse, corruption, engineered social unrest — with corruption appearing in this sheet as a named instrument: the rot of officials treated as a technology of collapse. The compilers noted the chain’s honesty about sequence: nothing downstream works until the social structure is liquid enough to pour.
The gold crown icon above the link is the series’ quiet joke at the planners’ expense: even the first sabotage is stamped with royalty — the signature of who commissions the unrest.
Chain Link Two — Depopulate Through Disasters and Crisis Events
DEPOPULATE THROUGH DISASTERS & CRISIS EVENTS — Pandemics, wars, famines, weather weapons, supply chain collapse, energy crises.
The second link restates the toolkit — pandemics, wars, famines, weather weapons — and highlights two logistical instruments: supply chain collapse and energy crises, the strangleholds that starve and freeze without firing. The compilers read the list’s ordering as escalation by deniability: each instrument more plausibly “natural” than the last.
The skull-and-burst icon is the archive’s standard hazard mark for this link — the only station on the chain illustrated with a death’s-head, as if the chart itself could not keep a straight face past this step.
Chain Link Three — Replace Normal People with Controllable People

The third link lists the substitution inventory in its most operational phrasing — clones, AI-driven populations, migrants, mind-controlled assets — with the final phrase the archive’s bluntest: assets, the intelligence-agency word for a human being owned by a handler. The compilers noted the list’s complete absence of persons: every entry is a category of instrument.
The circuitry-head icon here is fully rendered — a human profile traced in glowing circuit lines — the chain’s portrait of the end product: the citizen as motherboard.
Chain Link Four — Create a Totalitarian One World Government
CREATE A TOTALITARIAN ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT — Centralized control of money, food, energy, movement, speech, and thought.
The fourth link enumerates jurisdiction in the archive’s most total list: money, food, energy, movement, speech — and then, without pause, thought. The compilers marked the sixth item as the line where administration becomes metaphysics: a government that lists thought among its utilities has claimed the last unowned territory.
The laurel-globe icon — the parody seal of world institutions — floats above the list like a notary stamp: the chart’s way of saying the endgame will arrive already notarized.
Chain Link Five — “Utopia” for the Elite
“UTOPIA” FOR THE ELITE — A world of surveillance, transhumanism, and total obedience sold as peace and progress.
The chain’s final link is unique in the archive: the flow chart runs past the world government to its beneficiaries, and names the product — “utopia” for the elite — a paradise with a guest list. The definition beneath is the series’ finest piece of marketing analysis: surveillance, transhumanism, and total obedience, sold as peace and progress — the invoice and the brochure in one sentence.
The bank-temple icon above the link — a classical pediment, the architecture of permanent trust — is the chart’s last irony: the chain ends in a building, as if to say the whole apparatus is only construction for someone else’s house.
Pleiadian Disclosure — “The Missing Pieces Revealed”
PLEIADIAN DISCLOSURE: THE MISSING PIECES REVEALED
The disclosure band on this sheet adds one word to the series’ formula: revealed — the past participle of an unveiling already done. The compilers read the tense as confidence: the band does not promise future disclosure but reports present revelation — the missing pieces, on this sheet at least, are already on the table.
The two exhibits beneath — the puppet text with its ritual image, and the truth-they-hide sidebar — are the band’s evidence for that confidence.
The Puppets and the Portal — the Exchange Described
The elites are not at the top. They are puppets receiving orders from dark entities in exchange for power. Rituals, blood sacrifices, and occult practices open portals for these beings to influence and control.
The left block states the exchange in its most transactional form: orders in exchange for power — the mythology’s spot price for souls. The second sentence names the mechanism the rituals perform: they open portals — the archive’s claim that the ceremonies are not communications but doors, through which the entities reach in to influence and control.
The artwork — a violet portal blooming over the summoning circle while robed figures stand attendance — is the series’ clearest image of the door itself: not a metaphor but an aperture, with the light of somewhere else coming through.
The Truth They Hide — the Sidebar Confession
THE TRUTH THEY HIDE: Elites serve interdimensional dark entities. Rituals are not symbolic — they are contracts. Cloning programs replace leaders, influencers, and populations. The goal is a compliant, soulless, easily controlled civilization.
The sidebar is the sheet’s four-count confession, and its second count is the archive’s most-quoted sentence on ritual: rituals are not symbolic — they are contracts. The compilers built whole study circles on that line: the ceremonies bind whether or not the participants believe in them, the way a signature binds whether or not the signer reads the deed.
The fourth count is the plan’s civilizational specification — compliant, soulless, easily controlled — the three adjectives that summarize every instrument on the sheet: a population redesigned to be governed without friction.
The Clone Band Header — “Removed, Silenced, or Eliminated”
CLONES ARE ALREADY REPLACING HUMAN POPULATIONS — Many “public figures,” leaders, and even citizens have been replaced. The real humans are removed, silenced, or eliminated.
The band header states the replacement claim and then, in its second sentence, the archive’s most explicit disposal protocol for the originals: removed, silenced, or eliminated — three escalating fates that the compilers noted are also three escalating deniabilities: relocation, intimidation, termination. The quotation marks around “public figures” are the header’s suggestion that the category itself has become theatrical.
The phrase “even citizens” completes the roll: the program’s ambitions run from the podium to the street corner — the triptych below supplies the faces.
The Triptych — the Head, the Comparison, the Row

Three images in sequence: the product (a chrome head in its case), the test (two portraits differing only in the eyes’ light, labeled HUMAN vs CLONE), and the inventory (a row of identical silhouettes receding into fog). The compilers called it the archive’s only attempt at a field guide: how to think about what is standing in front of you.
The middle panel’s versus is the triptych’s doctrinal heart: the mythology insists the difference is real and undetectable at once — discernible, the disclosure elsewhere counsels, only by frequency, never by photograph.
Mini-Cell One — “Clones Lack Empathy, Creativity, and Soul Connection”
Clones lack empathy, creativity, and soul connection.
The first mini-cell is the program’s defect report: three capacities the manufacturing process cannot install — empathy, creativity, soul connection — which are, the compilers noted, precisely the three capacities the plan itself lacks. The cell functions as a detection guide: the copy passes every test except the ones that matter, and those it fails only over time, in small rooms, at close range.
The lighthouse-beacon icon beside the text is the band’s quiet counterweight: even in a panel about defects, the sheet plants the signal of guidance.
Mini-Cell Two — “They Are Programmable and Obedient”
They are programmable and obedient.
The second mini-cell is the purchase order in five words: the two properties that make the product worth manufacturing. The compilers paired it with Transmission I’s six-adjective panel and noted the distillation: everything the program wants is in “programmable,” everything it fears is in the missing word “free.”
The icon — a figure with raised arms surrounded by gears — is the band’s most mechanical image: the obedient human as a machine that applauds on command.
Mini-Cell Three — “Replacement Is Happening in Governments, Media, Military, and Cities”
Replacement is happening in governments, media, military, and cities.
The third mini-cell is the deployment map in four nouns: governments (command), media (narrative), military (force), cities (terrain). The compilers noted the tense again — is happening — the sheet’s insistence on reporting rather than predicting, and the inclusion of military among the compromised: the archive’s warning that the ultimate enforcement arm is not exempt from substitution.
The icon — a crowd of figures with one highlighted — inverts the clone grid’s image: here the copy is not the whole row but the singled-out one, hidden in the population it was made to manage.
Mini-Cell Four — “Replace Enough Humans to Prevent Resistance”
The ultimate goal: replace enough humans to prevent resistance.
The fourth mini-cell states the program’s victory condition, and the compilers called it the most strategically honest sentence in the archive: the plan does not require total replacement — only enough. There is a tipping fraction past which resistance becomes arithmetically impossible, and the program is a race to that fraction, not to one hundred percent.
The bank-temple icon — reused from the chain’s final link — closes the loop: the house the chain was building is a house with no rebels left in it.
The Shift and the Great Deception — “The Biggest Cover Story in History”
THE SHIFT & THE GREAT DECEPTION — The Shift is real. But it could be hijacked and used as the biggest cover story in history.
The band header restates the deception doctrine with the archive’s strongest superlative: the biggest cover story in history — a claim of scale that the compilers read as the sheet’s measure of the Shift’s own scale: only an event that large can hide a crime that large. The verb hijacked is chosen with precision: the event is not fabricated — it is boarded in mid-flight.
The panels beneath unpack the hijack’s flight plan: the staged coincidence, the alibis, the sorting — and then, uniquely on this sheet, the passenger’s choice.
The Vortex and the Beam — the Threshold Imagined

The left artwork of the band is the archive’s most cinematic rendering of the threshold: the vortex overhead, the beam touching down like a spotlight finding its mark. The compilers read the image as the event’s two-way street — the same aperture that lifts also lowers — the doorway through which some ascend and through which, the darker panels warn, others are processed.
The image’s beauty is its warning: the deception will not arrive looking like a catastrophe. It will arrive looking exactly like this — like the answer to prayer.
The Staged Coincidence — the Hijack in Three Bullets
A major depopulation event could be staged to coincide with The Shift. — Mass disappearances will be blamed on “The Shift,” ascension, or alien evacuation. Billions could vanish in one orchestrated event — natural disaster, pandemic, or “event.” Those who remain will be told it was necessary for “the new earth” and “utopia.”
The center block walks the hijack through its four moves: stage the event inside the Shift’s shadow; blame the disappearances on the Shift, ascension, or alien evacuation — three spiritualized alibis, one for each temperament; scale it to billions in a single orchestrated window; then sell the survivors the consolation that it was necessary for “the new earth” and “utopia.” The compilers noted the final quotation marks: even the consolation is scripted.
The block’s most cynical phrase is its smallest: or “event” — the unnamed option, the blank the plan leaves for whatever serves on the day.
You Have a Choice — Awaken and Align, or Comply and Be Absorbed
YOU HAVE A CHOICE. — AWAKEN & ALIGN: Raise your frequency. Discern truth. Reclaim your sovereignty. Protect your consciousness. — COMPLY & BE ABSORBED: Follow the narrative. Accept the system. Lose your freedom and your soul. — THE SHIFT IS NOT JUST A PHYSICAL EVENT — IT’S A CHOICE OF CONSCIOUSNESS.
The right panel is the archive’s formal ballot, printed as two columns of consequences. Awaken and align costs four disciplines — frequency, discernment, sovereignty, consciousness. Comply and be absorbed costs two surrenders — follow, accept — and the invoice arrives in two losses: your freedom and your soul. The compilers noted the asymmetry of effort: the first path is work, the second is drift — and drift is the plan’s expected default.
The verdict line beneath reframes the entire eschatology in one sentence: the Shift is not just a physical event — it’s a choice of consciousness. The filter does not grade bodies; it reads alignment. This panel is the sheet’s destination, and the codex’s eighth chapter in miniature.
The Pleiadian Message — “Their Power Ends When You Remember”
PLEIADIAN MESSAGE: You are more powerful than they want you to know. Their plans rely on your fear, ignorance, and division. Their power ends when you remember who you are. — CHOOSE LOVE. CHOOSE TRUTH. CHOOSE FREEDOM. THE SHIFT IS COMING. BE READY. BE SOVEREIGN.
The sheet closes with the archive’s only formally attributed footer — the Pleiadian message — and its logic is an equation in three lines: their power is a function of your fear, ignorance, and division; remembrance zeros the function; therefore their power ends when you remember who you are. The compilers called it the most polite declaration of war ever printed.
The closing imperatives triple the choosing — love, truth, freedom — before the final readiness drill: the Shift is coming, be ready, be sovereign. It is the archive’s closing argument in its calmest voice, and the reason this sheet was the underground’s choice for the last page of its pamphlets.
